Admission Process

The first step of the admissions process is to complete an Application for Admission before setting up an appointment to meet with our Administration staff.

If you are interested in any of our services provided at Carela's, please understand there is an application fee of $150 to hold any available bed for the applying resident.

Required PRIOR to Resident's Admission:

Application for Admission
Resident-Home Contract Agreement
Pre-Admission Screening (to be performed by Carela's Administrator)
Receipt of $150 Application Fee
Reciept of FIRST and LAST months rent
